Chengdu Company is TW Solar's first company in Sichuan, located in Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. In 2017, the company put the world's first Industry 4.0 high-efficiency cell production line into operation, setting a new benchmark for intelligent manufacturing in the industry and ushering in the Industry 4.0 era. Furthermore, the company plans to invest another RMB7.5 billion (fixed asset investment) in the Shuangliu District Comprehensive Bonded Zone to build a 25GW cell project, which is expected to be completed and put into operation in 2024.

Meishan Company is a cell production company built by Tongwei in its hometown, located in Ganmei Industrial Park, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. The company is the first enterprise in Meishan City with an output value exceeding RMB10 billion. The investment scale, construction speed, and output value exceeding RMB10 billion have all created new "Tongwei Speed","Ganmei Speed" and "China Speed" for Meishan project investment. In September 2023, the company started the phase IV 16GW crystalline silicon cell project, which was completed and put into operation in March 2024. Meishan Company has also become the crystalline silicon cell production base with the largest single-line capacity in the world.

Jintang Company is located in Huaikou Street, Jintang County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. In order to actively respond to the national "carbon peak and carbon neutrality” policy and promote the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle, Tongwei signed an investment agreement with the People’s Government of Jintang County on February 11, 2020 to build high-efficiency crystalline silicon cell and supporting projects in Huaizhou New Town. Jintang Company is the first company in the global PV industry to apply 5G in the industrial Internet field in cooperation with China Telecom and Huawei.

Tonghe Company is jointly invested and constructed by TW Solar Co., Ltd. and Trina Solar Co., Ltd., and started construction in early April 2021. Tonghe will give full play to the leading advantages of TW Solar and Trina Solar in all aspects of the industrial chain, further strengthen strategic partnership, and create a new industry development pattern featuring professional division of labor, dislocation development, and mutually beneficial collaboration.

Pengshan Company is located in Meishan District, Tianfu New District, Sichuan Province. In 2022, TW Solar signed an "Investment Agreement" with Meishan Management Committee of Tianfu New District, Sichuan to build a 32GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon cell project. The project will be constructed in two phases, with a total investment expected to be RMB12 billion. The 16GW phase 1 project was efficiently advanced, and the equipment was installed in just six months. The first cell rolled off the production line on July 5, 2023.
