Located in the High-tech Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, Hefei Base was put into operation on November 18, 2013. After a decade of innovation and development, it has ranked among national-level high-tech enterprises, and won many honors and awards such as "National Quality Benchmark Enterprise", "National Green Factory", "National Enterprise Technology Center", "National Green Supply Chain Management Demonstration Enterprise", "Hefei City Mayor Quality Award - Silver Award", etc.

Located at No. 888 Jilin East Road, Huaikou Street, Jintang County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, Jintang Base was established in December 2022, planning to build a 16GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon PV module project. It is the first GW-level PV module factory in Southwest China. The project is expected to be constructed in two phases, and the first module product was successfully rolled off the production line on June 25, 2023.

Yancheng Base officially started construction on January 1, 2023, and the first module was successfully rolled off the production line on May 25, 2023. It is the first module project invested and constructed by Tongwei Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu and is currently the module base with the largest single-line capacity in the global PV industry, leading the industry in terms of digitalization, intelligence, and automation.

Located in Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nantong Base is the second PV module project invested and constructed by Tongwei Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu Province. Nantong base adopts a "technology+industry" integration construction model, giving full play to Tongwei's successful experience in building smart green industrial parks and star-rated manufacturing sites. Based on the "5G+" digital management model, it is equipped with the most advanced production processes and equipment in the industry, and adopts Tongwei TNC and other technical routes to build a green, simple, stable and reliable high-standard module production network to maximize power generation efficiency and minimize LCOE.
